Delete your RewardsClub account
RewardsClub JO is the loyalty app of No Limits For General Trading LLC. You can permanently delete your RewardsClub account and its associated data at any time — from inside the app, or by email if you no longer have the app.
Delete from the app (immediate)
- Open RewardsClub and sign in.
- Go to Profile and open Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Enter your password to confirm.
Deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.
Delete without the app
Email rewardsclub@nolimitsjo.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We verify that the request comes from the account owner and complete the deletion within 7 business days.
What is deleted, and what is kept
- Deleted immediately — your name, email address, phone number, profile photo, bio, sign-in credentials, and push-notification tokens. The account can never be signed into again.
- Anonymized — community posts and reviews you published remain, permanently detached from your identity and shown under an anonymous placeholder. If you want a post or review fully removed, delete it in the app before deleting your account.
- Retained — points and purchase ledger records are kept in anonymized form (no name, email, or phone attached) for bookkeeping and fraud prevention.
- Backups — encrypted server backups expire automatically within 7 days of deletion.
